    How Will You Make a Difference? 

    • Responsible for successful and timely completion of online search requests submitted by legal and support staff, while in constant communication regarding workflows and request updates
    • Support research team in responding to requests from Marketing & Business Development for research, alerts, analytics, insight reports, and larger projects as needed
    • Assist with research orientations, training, outreach and marketing of services with a focus on relationship-building and service excellence
    • Provide additional billable research as needed and submit time entries in an efficient manner
    • Stay abreast of latest research resources, technologies and search techniques. Keep department leadership informed of potential additions and/or enhancements to research services

    What Will You Bring to the Table? 

    • Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent experience; MSLIS or other relevant advanced degree desired
    • Experience with research services/systems in a Library, legal and/or Intellectual Priority setting.
    • Experience with print and online research using industry specific tools
    • Ability to work well within a team-oriented environment and contribute to effective team relationships
    • Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) necessary to communicate with a diverse group of attorneys, clients, staff, and vendors with professionalism, courtesy and tact
