2017 Chapter Registration Award for the Annual Meeting

In 2017, GPLLA is one of 10 chapters from across the country to be given a Chapter Registration Award for the 2017 Annual Meeting & Conference in Austin by AALL. The Award will cover the full cost of registration for the annual meeting for a newer member of the profession. In announcing the rationale for the award, the AALL statement notes that, “AALL’s goal is to provide an enriching and valuable experience as the member learns and networks with colleagues from across the country.” To be eligible for the award you must be a GPLLA member who has joined the law librarian profession in the last 5 years and  demonstrate the potential to contribute to the organization in particular and to the profession as a whole.

The application deadline is 5pm on Friday, March 24, 2017.
