JCP currently has positions open for the JCP Abstract Team.
                                   

JCP has a dedicated Abstract Team comprised of attorneys, paralegals, upper class law students and experienced commercial real estate administrators who are available for client property file review.  The Abstract Team reviews client legal and financial documents to “abstract” pertinent information for input into clients’ databases or other client informational formats.  The position requires familiarity with legal terms, contracts and standard real estate information.  Training on the abstract process is provided by JCP and periodic review sessions are conducted.  It is critical that abstractors are detail oriented; familiarity with databases is a plus.  Hours are flexible.  Team members are independent contractors and are paid on a per file basis.
